"User", "You", "Your" refers to anyone using or accessing our website or purchasing our products.

"Products" means keycaps, mechanical keyboard accessories, peripherals, and other goods sold via moddest store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or have legal guardian supervision to use this website and make purchases. By using our services, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Products & Orders

• All products listed are subject to availability.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes; minor variations may occur.
• Prices are listed in INR, inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as specified).
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to stock limitations, suspicious transactions, or errors in pricing.

4. Custom Orders

• moddest store offers limited or full customization for certain products (like artisan keycaps).
• Custom orders are non-refundable once confirmed, unless defective or incorrectly delivered.
• Please allow for production lead time as listed during checkout or confirmation.

5. Payment Terms

• We accept major forms of payment such as credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and other payment gateways as available on the site.
• All transactions are securely processed via third-party services.
• Prices are final once the order is placed, and moddest store is not liable for currency conversion fees or bank charges.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship domestically across India (and internationally if applicable).
• Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure events.
• Shipping costs and import duties (for international orders) are borne by the customer.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in original packaging.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.
• If the correct item was delivered and the return is due to customer error such as ordering the wrong keycap profile, selecting the wrong color, disliking the texture or look of the product, or changing their mind after purchase, moddest store will deduct applicable shipping and payment gateway fees from the refund amount.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued for returned products that meet our return policy.
• An uncut video of the unboxing is required for refunds on products that are damaged or defective.
• Refunds will not be issued for products that show signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery.
• Refunds will not be issued for custom orders unless defective or incorrectly delivered.
• In cases of buyer-initiated returns for non-defective products (such as wrong profile selected, color preference, or change of mind), the refund will be processed after deducting the original shipping charges and payment processing fees.
• Refunds are processed after return verification. Allow 5 - 7 business days for the amount to reflect.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellations

• Orders cancelled before shipping are eligible for a refund, minus any applicable payment gateway charges.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the full amount if needed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the moddest website is the intellectual property of moddest store and may not be reproduced without permission.

Buyers are not granted any license or rights to use moddest store branding unless explicitly authorized.

9. User Conduct

• Use the website for lawful purposes only.
• Do not attempt to hack or disrupt our systems.
• No defamatory or misleading reviews.

• We offer a limited 3-month warranty on mechanical defects (not aesthetic issues or misuse).
• Warranty claims require proof of purchase and photos.
